POWERTRUCK ERGO RATCHET WITH MULTIPLIED TENSIONING FORCE
The POWERTRUCK® is a high-performance load securing system developed by PMS Industrie for road transport and cargo restraint applications. Thanks to its triple-gear ratchet tensioner and ergonomic reverse-action tensioning system, it achieves an STF of 800 daN, approximately twice that of a conventional ratchet. This performance reduces the number of lashing straps required while improving load safety. The system complies with EN 12195-2 and is available in a 50 mm webbing width, with a 10 m working length, a Lashing Capacity (LC) of 2,500 daN in straight pull, and 5,000 daN in loop lashing.

The multiplied tensioning ergonomic ratchet is composed of a gear system ensuring a multiplied tensioning force, and of a handle tensioning the webbing by wrapping it around its axis. These heavy truck lashing systems with 50 mm wide webbing have a covering LC of 5 000 daN – 7,5 T (breaking strength of the webbing only 7,5 T or 7500 daN) and a STF of 400 daN. They are manufactured according to standard EN 12 195-2.

Designed to secure heavy equipment during transport, the PMS Industrie 75 mm lashing system combines high-tenacity polyester webbing with a safety-release ratchet tensioner. They have a covering LC of 800 daN – 1,2 T (breaking strength of the webbing only 1,2 T or 1 200 daN) and a STF of 40 daN. The 906 ratchet operates with a 25 mm wide webbing and is composed of a gear wheel and a filled handle, tensioning the webbing by wrapping it around its axis.

These lashing systems are intended for use on light commercial vehicles, for small businesses. They have a covering LC of 2 000 daN – 3,2 T (breaking strength of the webbing only 3,2 T or 3 200 daN) and a STF of 250 daN. The 908 ratchet with secured opening operates with a 35 mm wide webbing and is composed of a gear wheel and a handle, tensioning the webbing by wrapping it around its axis.
RATCHET 917 - COVERING LC 2000 daN
These lashing systems are intended for use on light commercial vehicles, for small businesses. They have a covering LC of 2 000 daN – 3,2 T (breaking strength of the webbing only 3,2 T or 3 200 daN) and a STF of 250 daN.
