Designed to secure heavy equipment during transport, the PMS Industrie 75 mm lashing system combines high-tenacity polyester webbing with a safety-release ratchet tensioner. It offers an LC of 5 000 daN in direct configuration and 10 000 daN in double configuration. It is a robust, reliable and customisable solution for heavy equipment transporters.
About this product
The PMS Industrie 75 mm lashing system is specially designed to secure construction machinery, heavy vehicles and industrial equipment transported on heavy equipment transporters.
It consists of high-tenacity multifilament polyester webbing and a steel ratchet tensioner.
It offers an LC of 5,000 daN in direct configuration and 10,000 daN in double configuration, with an STF of 500 daN.
The standard version has a usable length of 8 metres and a short section measuring 0.50 metres. Custom manufacturing allows the length, colour and marking of the webbing to be adapted, as well as the end fittings, which may be identical or different depending on the vehicle’s anchorage points.
Various protective solutions can also be added, including PVC or polyurethane sleeves and polyurethane wear pads, to protect the webbing against friction and abrasive areas.
Compliant with the EN 12195-2 standard, the 75 mm lashing system ensures complete traceability through its identification label.
