These stainless-steel lashing systems are intended for use in the marine environment, for heavy loads. They have a covering LC of 3 000 daN and are composed of a 50 mm wide webbing and a ratchet with gear wheel and a handle, tensioning the webbing by wrapping it around its axis.

Our 25mm webbing self-retracting ratchet lashing systems are ideal for use on commercial vehicles or light-duty vehicles. By simply pressing the red button on the handle, the strap retracts automatically. These lashing systems are manufactured complying with EN 12 195-2 standard, have a covering LC of 600 daN – 0,9 T (breaking strength of the webbing only 0,9 T or 900 daN) and a STF of 120 daN.

The TENSO ® compensates losses in tension due to transport conditions (braking, bends in the road, vibrations caused by deteriorated road surfaces…) that can be the cause of traffic accidents. This range is manufactured according to standard EN 12 195-2, with a 50 mm wide webbing, a covering LC of 4 000 daN or 5 000 daN – 6 T or 7,5 T (breaking strength of the webbing only) and a STF of 400 daN.

These lashing systems with 50 mm wide webbing are traditional lashing system for heavy trucks. The ratchet with secured opening is composed of a gear wheel and a handle, tensioning the webbing by wrapping it around its axis. You need to lift the handle of the ratchet to tension the webbing. These systems have a covering LC of 4 000 daN – 6 T (breaking strength of the webbing only 6 T or 6 000 daN) and a STF of 400 daN.

This range is manufactured according to standard EN 12 195-2, with a covering LC of 5 000 daN – 7,5 T (breaking strength of the webbing only 7,5 T or 7 500 daN) and a STF of 400 daN. When you decide to unload, the progressive release ratchet allows the strap to be gradually released notch by notch: the load does not fall, the hook does not unhook immediately. These ratchets are particularly useful for people who are responsible for securing loads alone, their safety is guaranteed thanks to this system which prevents the load from tipping over.

The ergonomic ratchet, also known as inverted ratchet, has reversed gearing system compared to a traditional ratchet. You push down the ratchet's handle with your body weight to tighten the webbing. These ratchets are particularly suitable for loads requiring strong tightening, such as logs for example.
