REGULAR RATCHET 811PPA – COVERING LC 4000 daN

These lashing systems with 50 mm wide webbing are traditional lashing system for heavy trucks. The ratchet with secured opening is composed of a gear wheel and a handle, tensioning the webbing by wrapping it around its axis. You need to lift the handle of the ratchet to tension the webbing.
These systems have a covering LC of 4 000 daN – 6 T (breaking strength of the webbing only 6 T or 6 000 daN) and a STF of 400 daN.

- Covering LC 3 200 daN (breaking strength of the webbing only 4,8 T): ref. 811 PPA 1.60 (internal ref: 9D).
- MAGMA® material for extreme resistance up to 300°C.
- A black painted ratchet (ref. 811 PP NO) or NATO green painted ratchet (ref. 811 PP VO).

Depending on your use, a wide range of protections is available: polyurethane or PVC sleeve, polyurethane protection keeper, etc.
