We can meet a wide range of requirements in order to certify the strength of your products.

A complete testing laboratory

We have 3 types of test benches allowing:

• Horizontal tensile testing _ between two axes, the product is subjected to tensile or compression forces.
• Vertical tensile testing _ between two axes, the product is subjected to tensile forces.
• Hydraulic press _ a force is applied to the product by compression against its base.

Tensile strength analysis: 30 / 120 / 300 / 2600 tonnes
Compression strength analysis: 100 and 2600 tonnes.

How a test is carried out on one of our test benches

Tests can be destructive or non-destructive:

• Destructive tests: they allow the strength of the supplied sample to be studied.
• Non-destructive tests:
  • Static proof load test: the sample is maintained at 150% of its WLL / LC for a specified period of time.
  • Fatigue test: used to study the resistance and behaviour of the sample.

These tests are designed to put your equipment through its paces in order to certify its resistance to compression and tensile forces.

A guarantee certifying the quality of your equipment

A test certificate is issued to certify the quality of the equipment. This document provides proof of product quality. In addition, a video of the test is recorded and you can attend the test.
