REGULAR RATCHET 811PPA - COVERING LC 4000 daN
These lashing systems with 50 mm wide webbing are traditional lashing system for heavy trucks. The ratchet with secured opening is composed of a gear wheel and a handle, tensioning the webbing by wrapping it around its axis. You need to lift the handle of the ratchet to tension the webbing. These systems have a covering LC of 4 000 daN – 6 T (breaking strength of the webbing only 6 T or 6 000 daN) and a STF of 400 daN.
PROGRESSIVE RELEASE RATCHET 811DP - COVERING LC 5000 daN
This range is manufactured according to standard EN 12 195-2, with a covering LC of 5 000 daN – 7,5 T (breaking strength of the webbing only 7,5 T or 7 500 daN) and a STF of 400 daN. When you decide to unload, the progressive release ratchet allows the strap to be gradually released notch by notch: the load does not fall, the hook does not unhook immediately. These ratchets are particularly useful for people who are responsible for securing loads alone, their safety is guaranteed thanks to this system which prevents the load from tipping over.
ERGOTRUCK ERGO RATCHET - COVERING LC 5000 daN
The ergonomic ratchet, also known as inverted ratchet, has reversed gearing system compared to a traditional ratchet. You push down the ratchet's handle with your body weight to tighten the webbing. These ratchets are particularly suitable for loads requiring strong tightening, such as logs for example. These heavy truck lashing systems with 50 mm wide webbing have a covering LC of 5 000 daN – 7,5 T (breaking strength of the webbing only 7,5 T or 7500 daN) and a STF of 400 daN. They are manufactured according to standard EN 12 195-2.
LASHING CHAIN - CHTAC
Lashing chains are conceived for a use with a suitable ratchet load binder. They are made from grade 80 chain, and comply with EN 12 195-3 standard. Regular effective working length: 3,5 m.
