3 SLIDING BLOCKS, 50 MM WEBBING – PV50
Discover our lashing systems for cars and trucks tied down on flatbed trailers. They are made of a ratchet, a 50 mm wide webbing and three sliding rubber pads to ensure the webbing adheres to the tire of the vehicle being transported. Our systems have a covering LC of 3 000 daN or 4 000 daN and comply with EN 12 195-2 standard.

To ensure an effective positioning on the tire, the 3 blocks slide on the webbing.Traceability is guaranteed by the traceability label.
100 % high tenacity polyester fiber webbing: high resistance to friction, abrasion, UV and chemical products.

- Covering LC 5 000 daN (breaking strength of the webbing only 7,5 T): ref. PV50 2.5T (internal ref: 87A or 87C).
- A honeycomb sleeve: ref. PV50 2T 811 PPA (internal ref: 86C).
- A 35 mm width webbing and 3 sliding plastic blocks: ref. PV35 1T (internal ref: 83B).
Customized manufacturing possible: mm specific length, marking and color of the webbing, identical or different fittings…
