A complete testing laboratory
Since we acquired 2 new testing benches with exceptional capacities: 2600 T horizontaly and 300 T verticaly, we now have one of the biggest testing capacity in Europe. We can now test our production up to the highest capacities in our laboratory with fatigue or static under proof load tests.
Thanks to our different kinds of benches, we are able to certify compliance with the requirements of the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE for any types of manufactured products, and to attest of their reliability.

As part of the self-certification procedure applicable to lifting accessories, the use of tests (under proof load or breaking) is an essential step before a product is placed on the market in order to to certify its capacities and to justify its compliance with the applicable regulations.
The increase in our testing capacities, through the acquisition of additional equipment, now allows us to be independent in the qualification of the products that we are likely to offer you.
We own 3 types of benches:
Horizontal traction benches:
The product to be tested is held between the two axes of the bench, then subjected to traction or compression via the movement of the hydraulic cylinder.
Vertical traction benches:
The product to be tested is held between the two axes of the bench, then subjected to traction via the elevation of the hydraulic cylinder.
Hydraulic press:
It applies a force to the product to be tested by compressing it against its base.

A bench with an exceptional capacity of 2600 T allows us to place ourselves among the very first European players, indeed less than 4 benches of this magnitude are operational in Europe.
Allows you to measure a product’s tensile strength by applying balanced forces outward, or compression by applying balanced forces inward.

Protection of the environment and people:
- Armored bulkhead in front of the pilot room.
- The bench is located in an isolated building. Access to it is blocked when a test is in progress.
- A protective cover is positioned on the bench.
- The customer can attend the test on his product in complete safety directly from the cockpit.
Bridge crane:
- Our double bridge crane allows the part to be tested to be perfectly positioned.

Allows you to measure a product’stensile strengthby applying balanced forces outward.
Hydraulic compression press
Allows you to measure a product’s compression strength by applying balanced forces inward.
Vertical traction benches

This new bench has an exceptional capacity for a vertical traction bench.

A panel of diversified tests
We provide you with our test benches and technicians to carry out destructive tests or tests under proof load on your equipment in order to provide you with the necessary guarantees when marketing, distribution or use of your equipment.
Our benches are controlled and calibrated by the National Testing Laboratory to ensure compliance of data and tests performed.
Following each test we send you a report attesting to the results of the test performed.
On request, we can also use independent certification bodies.

Your product is subjected to tensioning until it breaks in order to study its behavior, its capacity as well as its safety coefficient.

TESTING UNDER STATIC PROOF LOAD*
Your accessory or device is kept under a constant proof load for a given period to study its aptitude and its resistance.

FATIGUE TEST*
Your equipment undergoes charging and discharging cycles between a high and low plateau value, for a specified duration or number of cycles, in order to study its resistance.
